| Jim Miller has been at Bay Avionics since 1974. He is responsible for directing, planning and laying out of the details of inspection standards, methods and procedures used by the repair station in complying with all applicable Federal Aviation Regulations and manufacturer's specifications and recommendations. He is responsible for full compliance with all procedures outlined as appropriate to any items being inspected, repaired, overhauled or altered by the repair station. |

| Ronnie has been with Bay Avionics since 1990. Ronnie is extremely knowledgable in installations, services, repairs, and troubleshooting from simple to complex avionics packages. Ronnie assists in the planning and sales segments of the Bay Avionics business. Ronnie trains other technicians in proper installation and maintenance procedures. One of his specialties is rewiring and rebuilding instrument panels from the gound up. |

| Steve joined Bay Avionics in 2006 and took an extended leave to take care of his newborn son. Steve rejoined Bay Avionics full time in 2007. Steve joined Bay Avionics from Northern Lights Avionics in Anchorage, Alaska. Steve has many years of Avionics experience which started with his career serving his country in the United States Air Force. Steve relies heavily on his experience to effect the proper installation and operation of avionics equipment. |

| Donna joined Bay Avionics in 2007. Donna manages the Bay Avionics Office. Donna manages the scheduling, billing, and shipping for avionics installations, services, and repairs.
